This Privacy Policy explains how Wondercomm (“Wondercomm,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) collects, uses, and protects information when you visit wondercomm.net (the “Site”) or contact us through it. Wondercomm.net is owned and operated by Animis Global Inc., a company registered in British Columbia, Canada.

Wondercomm provides Voice over Internet Protocol (VoIP) services. We are a VoIP service provider and are not a telecommunications carrier.

By using the Site, you agree to the practices described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the Site or submit information through it.

 

1. Information We Collect

We collect only the information you choose to provide through our contact and quote request forms. Depending on the form, this may include:

• Your name
• Your email address
• Your phone number
• Your company or organization name
• Any message, request, or details you include in the form

We do not require you to create an account, and we do not knowingly collect any other personal information through the Site beyond what you submit in these forms.

 

2. How We Use Your Information

We use the information you submit only to:

• Respond to your inquiry or quote request
• Provide you with information about our VoIP services
• Follow up on a conversation you have started with us
• Keep a record of our communications with you

4. Data Retention and Security

We retain form submissions for as long as needed to respond to your inquiry and to maintain a reasonable record of our communications, after which we delete or anonymize the information unless we are required to keep it longer.

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect the information you provide. However, no method of transmission or storage over the internet is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

 

5. Bot Protection (Cloudflare Turnstile)

To protect our forms from spam and automated abuse, our Site uses Cloudflare Turnstile, a bot-detection service provided by Cloudflare, Inc.

When you interact with a form protected by Turnstile, Cloudflare processes certain technical signals from your browser and connection in order to tell human visitors apart from bots. These signals can include your IP address, a TLS fingerprint, your browser’s User-Agent information, and the site identifier (sitekey) and origin of the page you are visiting.

According to Cloudflare, Turnstile is designed to use the minimum information necessary for this purpose, and the signals it processes are not used to identify, profile, or target individual visitors. We use Turnstile solely to keep our forms secure.

6. Cookies

The Site does not use cookies to track you for advertising or analytics. Any cookies or similar technologies that are present are strictly necessary for the Site to function and to provide the bot protection described in Section 5.

 

7. Children’s Privacy

The Site is intended for businesses and adults. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us and we will delete it.

 

8. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Effective date” at the top of this page. We encourage you to review this policy periodically.
