How can I set up my Voicemail?
Configuring your voicemail is a hassle-free experience with Wondercomm. We handle all the intricacies of voicemail setup and maintenance for you. You can simply record your personalized voicemail greeting and send it to us at [email protected], and we'll take care of the rest. Alternatively, if you prefer to record your greeting yourself, you can easily do so directly from the phone.
How can I check my Voicemail?
All voicemails are conveniently delivered as email attachments to your inbox. Furthermore, you can access your voicemails directly on your phone by simply pressing the message button or through our mobile app by tapping the voicemail icon. Our aim is to make accessing your messages as effortless as possible.
How to enable Voicemail to Email?
Voicemail to Email is available on all plans. If you're not receiving voicemails via email, please open a trouble ticket - [email protected].
How do I enable Voicemail Transcription?

Troubleshooting

Device Registration Failed
1. Start by examining all connections, including those at the back of your device and your router/switch (internet box). 2. Confirm the status of your network. If your network is down, please get in touch with your network provider for assistance. 3. Check the status of the SBC (Session Border Controller) in your home or office. You can contact your Wodnercomm admin for an update on the SBC status. 4. Attempt to resolve the issue by rebooting your device. 5. If the problem persists despite these steps, don't hesitate to reach out to Wodnercomm Support for further assistance.
Calling Issue - Not authorized
"You are not authorized to make this call" - If you hear this message, it's because your user is not authorized - this could be implemented at a company wide level or at a user level. Another reason for this is if an outbound route for your user devices is not defined. Please contact us at [email protected] in case you need more assistance.
Calls going straight to Voicemail
In the majority of cases, this issue arises from having the Do Not Disturb (DND) settings enabled on your device. To resolve this, simply locate the DND softkey/button on your device and Press it to disable DND. If this step doesn't resolve your issue, please don't hesitate to open a support ticket at [email protected] for further assistance.
One-Way Audio
Typically, such occurrences can be prevented by ensuring that your network is correctly configured and that Wodnercomm's SBC is properly set up with accurate firewall settings. To address this issue, please take the following steps: 1. Verify your network connections and firewall settings for accuracy. 2. If you require assistance with firewall and Quality of Service (QoS) rules or need guidance on best practices, we encourage you to open a support ticket with us at [email protected]. Our team can provide you with the necessary guidance and support to ensure optimal performance.
